The Real Estate Market Is Strong, According To RE/MAX Experience’s Pasquale Carannante

    By Zach Sparks
There is no cookie-cutter formula to buying or selling a home. Sure, there are necessary steps to each process, but there are also misconceptions that complicate decisions and keep buyers and sellers from meeting their specific goals.

    By Sandi Parrish
It is hard to believe that summer is almost over. The end of summer brings all of the Pasadena Business Association events for the fall and winter. We have a golf tournament in September, a trade show in October, a parade and Veterans Day ceremony in November, and A Child’s Christmas and tree lighting ceremony in December. Check our website for more information.

The PBA’s annual crab feast was hot, but the crabs were great. This is always a fun event at Kurtz’s Beach. The PBA is considering moving this event to September to avoid the heat of our Pasadena summer. We thank everyone for supporting the PBA and hope you will appreciate the date change.

    We are holding our...
