Hamilton Federal Appoints Ballard, Coughlin To Board

Bill BallardCarol CoughlinHamilton Federal Bank, a federal savings bank headquartered in Baltimore, has appointed Bill Ballard and Carol Coughlin to its board of directors.
Ballard is a partner with EFI Group, LLC, a Baltimore-based engineering and manufacturing consulting firm. Coughlin is CEO and founder of BottomLine Growth Strategies, Inc. Established in 2006 and based in Towson, BLGS provides outsourced CFO advisory services to growing companies to improve profits, overcome obstacles and prepare for profitable mergers and acquisitions.


“Bill and Carol have a wealth of business expertise and local market experience. We are delighted to have them join our Board,” said Hamilton Federal Bank President Robert A. DeAlmeida. “Hamilton is a strong, stable, well capitalized institution, with a long history of customer and community focus. The guidance, support and leadership of our Directors are important as we continue our plans to strategically enhance the bank’s market presence in the Baltimore metro area and grow our consumer and small business customer base.”
With the addition of Ballard and Coughlin, Hamilton Federal Bank now has an eight-member board that includes: Russell K. Frome, William W. Furr, Frank R. Santilli, Bobbi Macdonald, James F. Hershner and Robert A. DeAlmeida.
