Annapolis OB-GYN Associates, P.A., first opened their doors in 1972 in downtown Annapolis with a handful of doctors at just one location. Today, their staff of over 80 including 14 clinical providers, four mid-level providers and over 60 support staff serves women of all ages at five convenient locations.
Providers at the Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Kent Island, Pascal Womens Center at BWMC and Waugh Chapel locations are all dedicated to Annapolis OB-GYNs time-tested philosophy providing the highest level of obstetric care and gynecologic services to women of all ages.
The most defining things about our providers are how much they care about their patients, their level of attention to detail, and how they ensure were providing the best care we can, said Susan Latonick, administrator of Annapolis OB-GYN.
Latonick, who has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, joined the practice in 1986 after entrusting them with the delivery of her first two children.
Male and female physicians, nurse practitioners and providers of all levels bring a diverse array of proficiency and backgrounds, enabling them to offer services ranging from laser hair removal to aesthetics to typical obstetric and gynecologic care, creating a truly full-scope practice.
Annapolis OB-GYN also participates with Medicare patients, offering expertise in post OB and menopausal management.
We have a big presence in Anne Arundel County it started with a relationship with Anne Arundel Medical Center, which grew into a relationship with BWMC, Latonick said, explaining that their doctors practice and rotate between both locations.
The providers care for their patients extends beyond the call of dedicated OB-GYN services; in the past, they have held fundraisers for patients children who suffered from chronic illnesses.
Each year they have a NASCAR day during which everyone pays $5 to wear NASCAR clothes in the office, and all proceeds are donated to a cause. Last Christmas, the group of 80 providers donated over 100 gifts for families in need through the Walk the Walk Foundation.
In the future, Latonick plans to grow and solidify Annapolis OB-GYNs presence and expand their services to other locations.
I was a patient before I worked here, and Im still a patient, Latonick said. Its just a quality organization.
