The 10U Untamed claimed championships at the Maryland Madness in Upper Marlboro, a meet bringing together the state’s top teams. From there, the Panthers won at the Reach the Beach Nationals in Ocean City and The Finale National Championship in Poconos, Pennsylvania, an invitation-only, best-of-the-best competition with national draw.

The team is led by head coach Ashlee Tate and assistant coaches Brooke Henningsen and Ana Brannock.

“Watching them jump up and down and cry when they were named champions at The Finale was one of my best moments as a coach,” said coach Tate. “It was a huge accomplishment for them as a unit. These young ladies have become like sisters, and their team unity is something to be admired! I’ve coached a lot of them for five-plus years, so to see them make it this far was so amazing. They are dedicated and motivated to be the best they can be, and I couldn’t be more proud to be their coach.”
