The Ballet Theatre of Maryland opens “Snow White” on Friday as part of its 40th anniversary season. University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center is sponsoring Heartbeat for Health at The Y in Arnold on Saturday. This free event celebrates the benefits of dance and exercise in the prevention of heart disease, while reinforcing community awareness and education about overall health and wellness.
