Starting this Saturday, community members can participate in a virtual run to honor the first responders and their selfless acts of courage. The run is open through Friday, May 31. A portion of each registration will be donated to the Gary Sinise Foundation. More info.

  1. Pasadena Baseball Club Inaugural Color RunSaturday, May 18

Pasadena Baseball Club’s inaugural color run is on Saturday. The goal is to raise enough funds to keep registration costs down and maintain the grounds. Havenwood Park. Participation is $25. 9:30am. More info.

  1. Children’s Day @ Historic Hancock’s ResolutionSunday, May 19

Think your chores are tough now? Stop by Historic Hancock’s Resolution on Sunday to learn about chores and tasks children were responsible for on a working 19th century farm. This event is hands-on, so dress appropriately. Historic Hancock’s Resolution. 1:00pm-4:00pm. More info.

  1. Dancers Dreams Gems FundraiserSunday, May 19

Dancer’s Dreams Gems is hosting a vendor show and quarter auction this Sunday. The event features vendors from 1:00pm-2:00pm, and the remaining two hours include raffles and an auction.
