Broadneck Takes Down Montgomery Blair In Field Hockey State Quarterfinals

Abbie Morris’ hat trick helped propel the Bruins to a 10-0 win over visiting Montgomery Blair in the field hockey 4A state quarterfinals on Friday night. Faith Everett contributed one goal and two assists, and Cate Imber put away two goals for the Bruins. Katelyn Kearns, Cayman Holmes, Vera Shaklee and Caroline Miller each scored a goal while Raleigh Kerst and Alyssa Lewis each added an assist.

Broadneck will play Winston Churchill during the state semifinals at Crofton High School on November 7.
