Customers Camp Out For Grand Opening Of Pasadena’s New Roy Rogers

When Roy Rogers opened its doors on Monday, September 12, it was to a crowd of customers who waited eagerly in line — one customer since 10:00pm the night before — to be among the first to patronize the restaurant. Gift cards and free meals were given out to the crowd of loyal guests, who were eager to try the ‘Dena’s latest meal option. Jim Plamondon, co-owner of the restaurant, and Derek Fink, COO of Mid-States Management Group, explained that the 16 Magothy Beach Road location was a two-year journey from start to finish and employs 64 local residents. “Quality is what we do every day,” Plamondon added.
