PBA Update

Posted

Don’t forget that our scholarship fundraiser is March 3 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at Kurtz’s Beach. All proceeds go toward scholarships for local Pasadena students. Bring your family, friends and business associates for a fun evening of dancing to music by the band Guys in Thin Ties. We will have a silent auction with really cool items to bid on. Food, draft beer, wine, soda, coffee and tea are included. A cash bar will have mixed drinks. We will have a group judge the best ‘80s outfit, and prizes will be awarded to the best male and best female costume. Tickets prices go from $40 per person to $50 per person after February 23, so purchase your tickets now. You can stop by Arundel Federal Savings Bank in Lakeshore Plaza or BB&T on Mountain Road and purchase tickets or you can purchase them online at www.pbafundraiser.com, or you can mail a check to PBA, P.O. Box 861, Pasadena, MD 21123-0861. Sponsorships are available, so if you can’t attend, you can still help.

We are having a professional women’s luncheon with the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, March 14, at Two Rivers Steak & Fish House.

We are having a joint business exchange breakfast, a multi-organization event, on Thursday, April 12, at Hellas Restaurant in Millersville. This is a way to make business connections with a large group of people.

Mark your calendars for another great PBA event. We will have our annual Taste of Pasadena on May 1. Enjoy a great evening of food tasting and socializing with friends.

Check www.pasadenabusinessassociation.com for all these events and many more as the year progresses, or reach out to me directly at pasadenabusinessassociation1@verizon.net.
