Question Of The Month: Jones Elementary School

Each month, the Severna Park Voice poses a question to a local fifth-grade class. This month, students from Mrs. Fickinger’s class at Jones Elementary School answered the question:

What do you think makes someone a good friend?

If you are having a bad day, they know how you feel if you tell them.

A good friend is a person who helps you, plays with you and laughs with you and not at you.

If they show kindness and if they're kind and helpful.

For the friend to be nice and listen to you and your ideas, to not ditch you and to never leave you for someone else. Also, to be smart and kind to not just you, but others, and play when you want to play.
